QuickBooks Sync Setup

   Click the Download Setup File button above. A file called precision_extractor.qwc will be saved to your Downloads folder.

   Open QuickBooks Desktop and make sure your company file is loaded (you should see your company name at the top of the window).

   Open QuickBooks Web Connector. You can find it from the Start menu, or under File > App Management > Update Web Services inside QuickBooks.

   Click Add an Application, navigate to your Downloads folder, and select precision_extractor.qwc.

   When QuickBooks asks to authorize access, click Yes, always allow access.

   Check the checkbox next to Precision Extractor in the Web Connector list, then enter this password when prompted:

   Click Update Selected and wait for the status column to show No error. That's it — you're done.
